Based on my knowledge, the Microsoft Office shouldn't be removed after upgrade, however, go to Program Files and look for Microsoft Office. If it's not there, then it means it has been uninstalled. The only way to enjoy this application is to go back to Windows 7 through Update and Recovery or acquire a new version of Microsoft Office from the official website.
